Mazuba Banda is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He has significant transactional and litigation experience in a broad range of areas including debt collection, dispute resolution, and real estate and conveyancing transactions. Mazuba also provides legal services in areas such as commercial and banking law, corporate law, tax law, and labour and employment law. His practice includes the representation of both public and private organisations in all aspects of corporate governance and finance including structuring and restructuring of complex commercial transactions. He is an experienced litigation lawyer who has undertaken specialised training in trial advocacy, and represented clients in arbitrations and interest-based negotiations. Mazuba helps clients by solving their most complex and challenging legal problems. He primarily focusses his practice on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, labour class actions, and conveyancing and supporting of real estate projects. His work also involves a broad range of corporate & commercial advisory services focusing on advising on contractual risk management amongst various contracting parties, regulatory and investment risk, as well as provision of sound guidance on legal and regulatory compliance issues in the banking and finance sector. Mazuba holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Zambia (UNZA). He is a member of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) Law Reform and Reserch Committee.
